Our patented units, together with our unsurpassed technical support, are designed
to solve complex water problems.
Because of inefficiencies in present pneumatic lift tube aeration units, it has
generally been necessary to introduce large amounts of gas or air into the tube.
ECI units use the upward energy of the air or gas to enhance the gas to liquid
transfer within the tube. The inner tube has no lower opening for the liquid to
enter, thus causing extra gas entrainment within the inner tube, as well as
increased lifting force in the outer tube due to the instantaneous release of the
quickly expanding gas bubbles and upward movement.
The two liquid intake holes in the lower sides of the outer tubes have been
designed to limit the amount of liquid introduced , thus causing a backwash effect
with the liquid and gas upward movement.
THE PROPELLERS ARE FIXED AND DO NOT ROTATE, HENCE NO MOVING PARTS
TO MAINTAIN OR TO WEAR OUT.
